      Originally issued only in Britain and Japan as a 2-LP set with 19 tracks. This is the only contemporaneous CD issue, but it includes only 14 tracks. Later reissues (1992+) on The Right Stuff, Castle/Essential and Vision Music labels have 17 tracks. However, the two missing tracks ("Beggars Day" and "Sweet Midnight") ARE included here!
