An interesting release of cover tunes and rarities performed in several venues along the 1989 and 1990 tour. There are 13 diferent venues represented over a two year period, yet the sound quality remains fairly constant. Some tunes are "Excellent" as stated on the cover, some are slightly less. Most are loose, and a little rugged owing to the rarity of performance, and the general attitude of the tour. Rank Strangers is splendid. Bob seems to truly enjoy On The Trail Of The Buffalo, and annunciates it well. The package is fairly standard for this Label, with only one color image on the front. All other inserts are black and white text. At least the songs are well documented with time listings, authors, and full venue information listed for each one.
