Tracks 1,5,7 and 9 do not appear (or in 7's case appear in a different edit) on The Bootleg Series Volume 7: No Direction Home soundtrack.
Torrenting mostly because of the recent Town Hall torrent here http://www.hungercity.org/details.php?id=1825 which has all of the circulating tracks but for Blowin' In The Wind (BS vol 7) and the version here of Masters of War, which has a longer intro - namely Dylan mumbling his way through saying this is the last song (despite the fact it wasn't anyway).
Here's what Alan Fraser's Searching for a Gem site said about it: (link - http://www.searchingforagem.com/2000s/2005.htm)
Apparently this seven track CD went out to non-profit and adult alternative radio stations. For a Two Hour Radio Special promo radio station set on 2CD-Rs without bonus material, see Promotional Albums (Dylan-only Compilations) 2000s. It is a glass-mastered CD, not a CD-R, in a jewel case with front and back inserts. The catalogue number is not printed on the artwork or the CD, just in the matrix information at the centre of the disc.
R-0728 Masters Of War - live, New York Town Hall, 12 Apr 1963 (5:21), extended version of track from The Bootleg Series Vol. 7: No Direction Home (4:43)
Jean-Pol Hiernaux says this extended version has a slightly longer introduction and more applause at the end.
R-0729 Highway 61 Revisited banter, Columbia Studios, New York, 2 Aug 1965
Again, Jean-Pol Hiernax describes this as two false starts and a rehearsal with the famous police siren.
R-0730 Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again (5:08), edited version of track from The Bootleg Series Vol. 7: No Direction Home (5:44)
Thanks to Jean-Pol Hiernax for the information that verse 5 is cut, although the last verse is kept.
